Villas@Paseo rent includes water and sewer up to a $25/month cap, trash pickup, GIGABLAST internet, and availability of a solar power source. 

Rent is paid according to an installment plan. You can choose to make monthly payments due on the 1st of the month or pay ahead of time in any amounts to account for upcoming rent. Please note that installment payment options are for future rent due, not monthly rent. The monthly rent is due on the 1st of the month in one payment. 

You can pay your rent at Villas@Paseo by personal check, certified funds (money order or cashier's check), or via the ZELLE app. Automatic bill pay may also be available through your bank or credit union. 

Pets are not allowed at Villas@Paseo. 

The Villas@Paseo lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you wish to change your plans after signing the lease, you will need to find a qualified sub-leasee. Please refer to the sub-leasing section of your lease and contact our management office for further information on subleasing 

Each apartment at Villas@Paseo includes a furnished living area with a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, and a 42" TV. The kitchen comes with energy-efficient appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedrooms include either a queen-size or full-size bed, a desk, and a chair.
